This 30 inch flip-up grab bar mounts to the wall beside the toilet and gives you a sturdy handle to hold. When you do not need it, it flips up out of the way. It has a non-slip handle and holds up to 300 pounds. It must be screwed into the wall, so mount it into studs or solid backing.
