Shipping policy

Bathroom frames and raised seats ship from a US warehouse. Typical delivery is 2 to 7 days after the order leaves the warehouse. The hip and daily living kit ships from the United States with free shipping to the lower 48.

You get a tracking number when the carton ships. We do not promise overnight delivery.

Hawaii and Alaska are not in the standard 2 to 7 day window. Contact us before you order if that is the ship-to address.

We do not offer installation. You (or a handyman) set the product up.
