You pay at checkout. We ship from the United States. You set the product up, or you ask someone handy. That is the whole path.

Step 1: Pick the kit that matches the house

Start with a toilet frame or a raised seat if the bathroom is the hard part. Measure the toilet from above before you order a seat. Round and elongated are not the same. Weight ratings are on every product page. Do not exceed them.

Step 2: Pay at checkout

Regular card. Shop Pay is fine. We charge your card at checkout, then a US warehouse ships your order. We can send an itemized receipt.

Step 3: It ships from the US to the house

Bathroom frames and raised seats ship from a US warehouse. Typical delivery is 2 to 7 days after the order leaves. You get a tracking number when it ships. We do not promise overnight. Hawaii and Alaska are not in the standard 2 to 7 day window; contact us before you order.

Step 4: You set it up

Follow the sheet in the box. Toilet frame: no wall drilling. Place, adjust, tighten. Raised seat: lock it. The 5 inch model uses a twist-lock. Confirm it is locked before anyone uses it. You or a handyman do this work. We do not send an installer. No product replaces proper installation or a professional assessment.
